Car Audio / Custom Audio in Deerfield Beach, FL

Custom car audio is where our shop got its start, and it is still what Ramsey loves building most. For more than 20 years we have designed and installed sound systems in Deerfield Beach, from a clean speaker-and-sub upgrade to a full show-level build with fabricated enclosures and amp racks. We do not bolt in parts and call it done. We tune every system so it sounds accurate at low volume and stays clean when you push it, which is what separates a real install from a box-store job.

Whether you want your factory head unit to hit harder or you are chasing a competition-grade system, we spec the gear to your car, your music and your budget. We handle head units, component and coaxial speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers, sound deadening and full wiring across Broward and Palm Beach County. Every build is overseen by the owner and backed by our one-year workmanship guarantee. Come listen to what a properly tuned system sounds like.

  • System design matched to your music and vehicle
  • Component and coaxial speaker options
  • Dedicated amplifiers with proper power wiring
  • Custom subwoofer enclosures built to fit
Why It Matters

Why Drivers Upgrade to Custom Car Audio

Factory sound systems are built to a price, not to a standard. The speakers are thin, there is no real amplifier, and the bass falls apart the moment you turn it up. In South Florida, where a drive from Delray Beach to Miami can run over an hour, your system matters. Custom car audio fixes the weak links in order: better speakers for clarity, a dedicated amplifier for clean power, and a subwoofer for the low end factory gear cannot touch. Done right, the whole system stays composed at volume instead of distorting. We also add sound deadening to cut road and highway drone, which makes even a modest system sound dramatically better. The goal is not just loud, it is music that sounds like the artist intended, whether you run reggaeton, hip-hop, rock or a podcast on the commute. That is the difference a builder-tuned system makes.

How It Works

Our Car Audio / Custom Audio Process

  1. 1

    Listen & Plan

We talk about your music, your car and your goals, then design a system that fits all three.

  2. 2

    Spec the Gear

We match speakers, amps and subs so the power and output are balanced, no weak links.

  3. 3

    Fabricate & Install

We build enclosures, mount cleanly and run proper wiring with fused, protected power.

  4. 4

    Tune & Verify

We set gains, crossovers and EQ by ear and meter, then back the whole build with our guarantee.

Your Options

Your Custom Car Audio Options

Every system starts with what you want to hear. Here are the building blocks we use to get you there:

  • Speaker upgrades — component sets for staging and detail, or coaxials for a clean, simple upgrade.
  • Subwoofers — sealed for tight, accurate bass or ported for maximum output, in an enclosure built to your trunk.
  • Amplifiers — matched RMS power so speakers and subs get clean, distortion-free wattage.
  • Head units & sources — touchscreen receivers with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, or a clean factory-integrated setup.
  • Sound deadening — layered damping to cut road noise and tighten up bass response.
Why Tint Station

The Tint Station Difference

A properly built system does more than get loud. Matched RMS power means your amplifier drives the speakers cleanly instead of clipping, which is what actually blows speakers, so a bigger amp done right is safer than an underpowered one. Component speakers let us stage the sound up on the dash where it belongs instead of down by your feet. Sound deadening lowers the noise floor so you hear detail without cranking the volume. And because we fuse and route the power wiring correctly, the electrical side stays safe and reliable. Ready to break it into pieces? Start with subwoofer installation or a full car stereo installation and build from there.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a custom car audio system cost?
It ranges widely because a system is built to your goals, from a few hundred dollars for a speaker-and-sub upgrade to several thousand for a full fabricated build. We quote by the gear and labor your car needs. Call (754) 227-5156 and we will price your exact plan.
What is the difference between component and coaxial speakers?
Component speakers separate the tweeter from the woofer so we can mount each where it images best, giving a wider, more detailed soundstage. Coaxial speakers combine both in one unit for a simpler, budget-friendly upgrade. We recommend components for front stages and coaxials for rear fill.
Do I need an amplifier for better sound?
In most cases yes, because a dedicated amplifier gives your speakers and subwoofer clean, controlled power that a factory head unit cannot. More clean power actually protects your speakers, since underpowered systems clip and distort, which is what damages them.
How loud can you build a system?
As loud as you want, from a refined daily system to a competition-level build with multiple subs and high-current amps. We size the electrical, enclosures and tuning to your target so it stays clean and reliable at volume, not just briefly loud.
Will a new stereo work with my steering wheel controls?
Yes, we use the correct interface modules so your steering wheel controls, backup camera and factory features keep working after an upgrade. Retaining those functions is part of a proper install, not an afterthought.
Can you keep my factory look but improve the sound?
Absolutely. We can upgrade speakers, add a hidden amp and sub, and integrate with your factory head unit so the interior looks stock but sounds far better. This is one of our most popular builds for newer vehicles.
How long does a custom audio install take?
A speaker and sub upgrade is often a same-day job, while a full fabricated build with enclosures and amp racks can take several days. We give you a realistic timeline when we spec the system so you can plan around it.
Do you tune the system after install?
Yes, tuning is where a system comes alive, so we set gains, crossovers and EQ by ear and by meter after every install. An untuned system can sound worse than stock, which is why we never skip this step.
